I've seen it before. Possibly on a different forum. It was then and remains a fine image A nice composition and a witty commentary.

Not sure how well it works without the title. Less well, I think, but perhaps only slightly.

ETA: We're all going senile. Some of us are just making better progress than others.

Wow...what a very early 21st Century scene!!! The CONSTANT connection to the smart phone is perhaps the single most-defining characteristic of modern people it seems...

It's not just the smartphone, she also has an iphone in her other hand...and the tethered dog seems just an afterthought.

I always wonder how much a title influences a viewer's response. This would be a toughie without the commentary but I think if it held one's attention long enough to take a good look from the outset, perhaps the "connection" would be made anyway.
