I bet there is a UV filter in front of the lens.
Anyway, for me it could give the idea of dawn, but flare (likely due to UV filter) and those really strange black dots ruin it.

Actually, its a Bob Dylan song. And that is a lighthouse, not a Watchtower. "A" for effort, but I am not feeling it.

good idea, execution could be a bit better. if it's supposed to be night time add some cooler blue tones to the image, if done right it would darken your sky without giving you that weird halo by the treeline. look for some day to night tutorials. lose the lens flare and the black spots (what are those?) and give it a more direct beam of light like you would get from a fresnel lens.
