It's started. Harvest time from now till Fall. Yesterday was first pressure canning day. Earlier in the week I did a batch of water-bath pickles but yesterday I got out the big guns.
One peach tree was ready and we had already picked plums. Made the plum sauce the day before and canned it yesterday (10 1/2 pints); then processed the peaches and more plums and canned 15 pints.
Today it's back to pickles.
I'm already tired.
