I've been to Maine in the summer.

I go there the beginning of the summer for some great seafood starting with fresh lobster at Chauncey's Creek and several visits to the Clam Shack. I too don't recognize those... maybe I'm too busy eating. I do see those pink/white flowers that grow everywhere with a nice aroma. My wife and I transplanted a couple to our home in NJ. Hearty plants they are.

Jake, your composition is really confusing to me with no real subject to focus on. In focus flowers and out of focus flowers freely inter-mixed make a really overly busy image. Even that green weed seems to have leaf arms just sticking out.

Ahh see, I always go downeast, so maybe thats their predominant location.
