Ignar Creek in lower Quinault Valley. Upstream about 1/2 mile, this is a rollicking mountain creek splashing its way down the mountainside!

I like it. It has a nice, soft, dreamy feel to it. I don't quite like your "border" (the black's not of symmetric thickness, and the interior white blends directly with the clouds at the top which bothers me a bit) but it doesn't take away from the photo.

Try making it an HDR, it will make it even more dreamy.
