I'm a Big Kid Now

[dm50384]

50 feet away from the ramp he watched me unload the kayak and park the truck. Backed off the ramp and looked up to see the eagle and spent about fifteen minutes shooting before I left. If I leave first he lets me get close again later.
The eaglet is 4 months old now.
From Lake Degray Arkansas

One very nicely taken shot.

Awesome shot.

I'm watching a nest right now. Two young ones. As of last weekend they were still testing their wings. Hoping to go back this weekend.
