I also took this shot today thought it turned out rather well.

Thanks for all the comments and advice as always guys :) ai had a flood of inspiration today it felt great!!!! So expect to be seeing more regularly on here like I used to be. Thanks again as always folks :D

I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened up this thread. I really like both of these. Your composition in great on the first and I love the somber expression on the dog. The sepia tone compliments that. Nice work. The second sparks an interest. It has an air of mystery. It looks like a scene from a long time ago. I like the emptyness.

Nice work, you have a good eye. Keep posting.

I like them both as well. The only C&C i can come up with is that you could try cropping the second one a bit closer from the bottom left to remove some of the empty space there but i do like it as is.

Thanks guys I appreciate the wonderful comments. Definitely will be posting as much as I used to if not more!!! Thanks again :)

These are great!
I love them:) Especially the first one.

if I have to be picky:

#1 is too centered
#2 the frame is not too big. Need to zoom in to the wagon more.. right now the wagon, three and the swings are competing to be the main subject.

Hi Schwettylens,
I'm thinking the second could use a hard crop just to the left of the swing, and about an inch under the wagon. I really like the first photo though. Could be those soulful eyes. :-)
