I'm going to Brussels!!! Me happy!

I've just got an e-mail in which they ( Delegation of the European Union) informed me that I'm accepted as a participant of a workshop on "Tourism and cultural heritage: the role of local authorities", taking place in Brussels on the 09-11 of April!!

I'm so excited because I've never been to Belgium!

I know that it will be three days of working but I hope I'll manage to get some time in the evening to walk around and maybe take some pictures!

omg! I have nothing to wear! Got to go spend some money!

Europe is kinda funny. Your trip would take 8 hrs and go through 3 countries. If I drove for 8 hrs I'd barely be to New York State.

Yeah, that's great about Europe.
For this trip I'll have to drive 3.5 hours to an airport and then take a flight to Vienna (an hour long) and from there to Brussels (an hour and 45 minutes). I've never been to Vienna, I mean in the town, but I was at that airport few times. It's sad you can't leave airports when changing flights

These boots I have are great, comfortable and light.... actually I should take both, shoes and boots... problem solved

Brussel sprouts, organic or not, make me gag.

I did however spent a large chunk of my childhood in Germany, Sweden and France.

And needless to say, we will require pictures.
