But, I liked the picture. You did it with slow shutter speed?

It's not very interesting, and you should have used the rule of thirds for the horizon and the horizon is ilted slightly. You could fix the latter two with some quick PP, but it would still be just a decent shot. Use this to learn from and keep improving.

I like the subject, but I'd probably get the horizon out of the center; looks like it may be slightest bit crooked (higher up on the left).

I think it looks fine and I know people will disagree but I think this type of skyline photo is ok to ignore the rule of thirds. I do think the horizon should be level though.
