You've got a bit of a hotspot on that first one, I really love the second, and the third is a nice treatment.

In the last photo some part of the iris was left untouched, give that "ring" colour, too... and if I were you, I'd try to get the blue out of the pupil and make it more black.

While light may be a bit of a problem in the first, I still like both his hairstyle (!) and his expression. He does look a bit self-conscious (you do? Is this a self-portrait, by any chance?), but that goes well with the overall atmosphere of also the photographer saying he is (you are) not quite familiar with taking people's photos.
