I'm with themonko on the second one.

The first one is really heavy with all the color on the bottom and all white up top and the third looks really blown out and noisy. It seems like this is what you where going for but they look to bright.

I like the first one, I think it would look better if you cropped out the top, blown out white part and made it more of a panoramic shot. The 2nd one is very nice as well, I love the mood. The 3rd looks a tad grainy and blown out, I'd like it a lot more if you used a faster shutter speed and/or lower ISO. May want to try retaking (if possible) the 3rd when the sun's not shining so heavily on the statue, so you will see more texture and give it more depth. Just my 2 pennies.

thanks for the advice! actually i was wondering about the grainy issue with the statue, too. and on the beach photo i edited that purposely to make it look that way. thanks!
