Nice Ed, makes me want to pull up a chair and sit a spell. I too suggest a crop, from the top down to the top or even into the top of the background gentleman's hat and from the left to the edge of the pant leg removing the five gallon bucket.

I like the original with the son in the background, its one of those simple tasks that is so cool to document, the elder looks like he was pretty happy and pulling his weight, way to go...
