In need of advice on a desktop tower for beginner photography...

Thanks for all of the great replies! I ended up getting a pretty good deal on the 27'' iMac 5K Retina (Mid 2020) with the following;

• 3.6 GHz Intel Core i9 10-Core (10th Gen)
• 8GB DDR4 RAM | 1TB PCIe SSD
• AMD Radeon Pro 5500 XT (8GB GDDR6)

As far as XQD/SD card readers go are they pretty standard or should I be looking for a specific reader? I bought a Nikon 64 gb XQD and a SanDisk 256 gb SD to go with the Nikon Z6II.

You Looking For a Editing. You should Concern About CPU and Graphics on Desktop or Laptop.
I'm 5+ Experienced guy about providing solutions for Audio visual Engineering.
I think you have a NLE (Non linear Video Editing) Requirement and it's better to use Laptop.
