These little sprouts have so many possibilities. Besides why I shot them, they also kinda remind me of battle droids from Star Wars: Episode I, too, now that I look at it. Shot on Ektar 100 with Blad the Impaler, for those interested. Comments and critique are encouraged.

I can't explain you why exactly, but this is the nicest picture I've seen in a while. I feel certain emotion I can't explain (bad bad English) when looking at it.

You have that blown out blob in the upper part, the focus could be better if it was on those growing little things in the left and if the light was there... but ... I really don't care for that. It's just perfect the way it is.
You have the nicest tones of the purple and perfectly suited green.
It's just beautiful as it is! And I would like to have this printed somewhere

I am actually considering doing that. Glad I save negatives... :lol:

The lighting there was between horrible and incredible-there were some great spots that were lit by little spotlights almost, perfect for isolating things, like what happened here. I love that one too, namely because it's like a spotlight is on the one that's different, the sprout that's unique. Sure there were other things I was thinking about that I'll keep to myself to encourage people to see it their own way (I like hearing how people interpret the things I do without me saying much about what I intended), but that's something that dawned on me after I saw it.
