Any comments on this one? If I could do it over again, I'd have the light behind her higher up so it hit more of her hair instead of her shoulder. Also and critique on the PP, I did some skin smoothing in Photoshop, I tried to keep it subtle and not too fake looking.

I think you achieved the right balance of softening and subtly. I agree on the light behind her and I would have brushed that hair on her neck back over her shoulder. I would maybe lighten the bags under her eyes a tad but overall a very nice image.

good balancing but hair on her shoulder is really distroying this shot (imho)

I like the halo of like that kind of surrounds her, like her arm and her hair on the left, it is almost like she's glowing. But her facial expression seems to tell me she's uncomfortable or something; try engaging your models in conversation.
