Inspired by Woodsman's post of Stuffed Focaccia. I have never tasted Focaccia bread so I decided to try my hand @ making some. I Googled for a recipe & found several & combined ideas from several & came up with this.



Topped with three cheeses & red onions.

Too bad we were out of olives, as that would have been a nice addition to the cheese & onions.

It should go good with these stuffed peppers.

Looks good. so simple to make. We made some today and habe been munching on it all day. Not stuffed this time, just with coarse sea salt on top and then trying various spreads. Here is a link to the basic recipe we like to use and then modify as needed.
