intense Natural Light Portrait Selfie

I felt the mood of the room i was in was intense so did my best to match it in this Portrait of myself.

You need to clean your couch.

Like the image, wondering if the bright spots from the holes in the wall behind you should be removed. They keep pulling my eyes toward them. Either way it is well done.

Just an FYI- your images load REALLY slow as they are 6016 x 4016. I've got a good web connect but it's still pretty ponderous.

In photoshop, you can go to "image" menu and select "image size" and change the biggest parameter to something like 1200 and it'll display just great on most computers. Just be sure to 'save as' so you don't mini-size your awesome original!

Thanks, yeah i know how to resize images oO lol mmm slow loading the images are on my own website witch seems fast for me, but note taken ill just use the preview image as that's a lot smaller, this should then load faster for you guys.

Good, practical advice from Peeb. My connection out here in the back of beyond is sometimes pretty awful and I have to skip large images or go away and read for half an hour while they load.

I'll go with the crowd and agree that this is an excellent image. You achieved your goal of making it intense. I'm OK with the light points from the holes, I see them as part of the atmosphere.

I think the shadows are lifted a little too far but other than that nice portrait. Nice backdrop with colors that work well together.
