Is a Canon EOS Rebel X worth getting?

Hay guys I have been trawling some local antique stirs and found an Canon EOC REBEL X for $25. Is it worth getting and can I use lenses from other Rebel models on it?

I'd buy it for $25. Yes, you can use the EF lenses on it. Not EF-s, it's the EQ of a digital full frame. EF-s lenses are designed specifically for the digital camera line.
