Spent the past four days in the north woods of Wisconsin. The regular tourism in the area has tamed this little fella to the point it was eating out of my wife's cousin's hand.

D800, 70-200 f/2.8 @ 140mm f/3.2, 1/250 sec, ISO 560

It probably took her an hour of sitting calmly for it to finally come up., but once it did, it came back several more times.
