Is the Excalibur 6400 okay for a small studio

I am going to be opening up a small studio in the basement of my home and I am in the process of ordering equipment. I have found someone locally who is selling all of her equipment. She has an Excalibur 6400 complete lighting system and I want to know if this would be a good choice for me. I worked for four years for Picture Me Portrait Studios, where the lighting was already all set up for me, so I do not know much about lighting. I mostly do outdoor location shooting right now, but have many of my former portrait studio customers wanting me to open up a studio. Please let me know if this lighting system will work.
