Quick: How many stops is it between ISO 160, f/13, 1/1250sec and ISO 640, f/5.6, 1/45sec?

If you're like me, you gotta figure it out longhand. Is there an app that can tell me what it is? I could probably do it faster even after getting the phone out and finding/launching an app.

I don't know, but I'd LOVE to see an app for that!
I know HOW to figure it out, but I'm slow at it...REALLY slow at it, and most of the time, in the field, it's just not worth it to me to stop and try to calculate it in my poor, slow little pea-size brain.

Seems all the calculator apps either are tied to EVs (like your external meter only reads out in EV), or allows you to enter in one set of ISO/Aperture/Shutter and change one parameter and the app will change the other(s), or gives you the adjusted settings if you're adding a filter.

160 to 640 : +2 (or 6/3)
f/13 to f/5.6 : +2 1/3 (or 7/3)
1/250 to 1/45 : +2 2/3 (or 8/3)

6/3 + 7/3 + 8/3 = 21/3 : 21/3 = 7.

Well the good news is we were both right. You just used 1/125s rather than what you posted initially.
