is there anyplace i can get critic on my photos?

I am very new here, Infact i just signed up here so i dont know alot aout this forum. How ever i have been trying to find a place where i can get some critic on my photos. I have been on flickr for a some years and everybody is very nice there but i rearly get any tips on how to do my photos better. dont get me wrong i love flickr and the fact people are nice but i have never taken any edication in the field and i am keen to learn as much as possible.

Post 1-3 images in the Gallery you wish I.E. People Photography.

If you can please provide the following. It will make it easier on the person reviewing and likely provide better feedback for you.

Camera settings, Shutter, aperture, ISO, focal length etc.
Lighting (if used)
Goal or area you are looking for help in.
