Is this a ghost or what do you think it is?

went to some haunted looking place and took this photo and just noticed there was a small thing on the bottom left looks like a little thing standing. What do you think?

Around an haunted house the most obvious things you can find in a picture are ghosts, of course. Although some possibility exists that is a zombie, or the head of some buried corpse just coming back to life. Or perhaps the cat of Stephen King' Pet Sematary.
More difficult to explain is the strange yellow tint of the original image: did you forget some indoor white balance setting? The last version could be not bad (HDR?), but the dark person is almost unrecognisable as a person.

the original image is all red and orange because I didn't adjust the white balance left it on auto and this was taken when it was pitch black during the night time using a slower shutter.
