Is this a good deal?

Hey everyone. Thank you for having me on the forums. This is my first post and it seems a pretty silly question to some of you I am sure but I need to know since my budget is tight and I am completely new to DSLR cameras and am looking to purchase my first one. I have found a slightly used Nikon D3100 with an 18-55 mm kit lens a Nikon 50mm f1.8D Nikkor lens and a nikon case for 475 dollars. I just wanted to see if I was getting a decent deal on this equipment or not before I go ahead with the purchase. Everything is in good working order and in good condition.

I think that is too much money for a D3100, 18-55, and a non-AF-on-D3100 50mm lens....just tooooooo much money.

It depends a great deal on where you are, but in general, I would expect to pay about $300 for the body & kit lens, and maybe $65 for the 50.

For that price I can get a more real world workhorse like the D90 setup for that.
More controls and features that I use everyday. Like built in motor for lenses and built in flash commander.
Bigger,Brighter Viewfinder so my eye doesn't have to leave the viewfinder,
While making changes on the fly with two command wheels and more dedicated buttons.

And seen that setup listed going in the $300-$350 range on craigslist.
