Is this a good monitor?

DELL UltraSharp U2311H 23-inch Widescreen Flat Panel Display : Monitors: Flat Screen LCD Computer Displays | Dell Canada

It's the Dell UltraSharp U2311H 23"W. There's only 2 days left of the deal. Is there anything else I should consider before purchasing this monitor? It seems most decent and cheapest monitor out there. I'm looking for 23-24 inch monitor as well.

This monitor will be used for photoshop, bridge, and lots of photo editing.

I heard the tint can be slightly off but it's not a huge problem. Can anyone elaborate on this?

Thanks

Not sure bout that but I just bought this and its pretty good. I will know better once my calibrator comes in next week. But tons of options.
