Is this from the camera or Lightroom?

Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
I imported some photos into Lightroom and started adjusting the WB. I notice that on the dark shadow or black areas there are some blue spots. When you zoom in the spots spread out almost like is over saturated. I'm wondering if this is from my camera because it shows up before I do any editing.

You can see it here in the collar of his shirt. The images are raw files. Any thoughts. could it also be my monitor?

Actually, I just closed down lightroom, restarted it and those spots are gone. Any thoughts?

You turned on the pure black warning. It is the graph on the top right. You must have clicked on the left little triangle.

This. Pure black warning will display in blue, and pure white in red. Helps you adjust the image to remove clipped (pure) white/black. It will show in your histogram too.

You have the triangle for under exposed areas turned on.....or had. if you notice the histogram in top right. there are two triangles. one for highlights, one for shadows. if you click the highlights it will displayed over exposed areas with lost detail in red pixels. Click the shadows triangle it will highlight underexposed shadows in blue pixels. hope that helps. Just click back on the triangle to get rid of the pixels. you can also display masks for when painting or overlaying....this shows what youve covered in a pink. Just a tool.

Thanks everybody for your responses. Helps a bunch.
