Is this lens fungus?

I just bought a used Canon AE-1 with a few FD lenses. I didn't find any fungus but then I noticed something within the 200mm lens. I attached a photo. Thanks

Thats what I'm thinking.. Everything is spotless and no fuzzy things or dust on this gear. Esp for being over 30years old. I dont know if that lens oil coating moves around like that...

Looks to me like two bonded elements beginning to separate. The white is the crystalizing of the adhesive; it's not oil and not like any fungus I've eve seen.

Yep, or a possible a coating of some kind.
