iStock, anyone?

I use iStock quite often at my day job. We use it to build tv graphics. I was wondering if I should try to sell my images on iStock but I am not sure that it is worth it. Anyone here have any experience, good or bad, please share. Right now I only have an faa profile and a website www.umeimages.com Just wondering if it is worth my time.

First, iStock has to accept your photos for inclusion for licensing on their web site.

You will need to keep a steady stream of new content flowing to iStock to make any significant money.
You will need to shoot the kind of content they want, which may not the the type of content you like to shoot.

Depends what your time is worth. Really, you're about five years too late. There's lots of reasons not to deal with IS, if you read their forums.
