Well a group of sweet pictures .

Apart from your usual great shots of the osprey, #4 and #6 are epic. Was #4 a planned shot, or an accidental one? I'd really like to know your thought process, as these are some real tough birds to shoot.

Yep number 4 is fantastic with a head on shot like that, great finger trigger timing. Is that a second or third shot Kris ??. Number 5 is another great timed shot to get that wing just breaking the water, love it !!. Those Osprey look amazing and a nice catch as well.

All the best Kris, wonderful shots.

Danny.

Thanks everyone! I focused on the bird on the rail when I saw the second bird coming in. Quick jostling of the AF Button and I was lucky enough to grab the one flying right at me. The shot right before this the focus was on the stationary bird with the flying bird OOF...

That's brilliant reflexes in that case Kris and not easy. Great timing and that beak open is a major plus in any ones book. Love it. I was curious about that shot, so thanks for that. :)

All the best Kris, all top shots of course.

Danny.

Love all of them but the swallow with its mouth open is a great catch. They are not easy to photograph.

Like them all but #4 is my favorite.

Generally I am not a wildlife photography fan, but your work is always much more than your typical duck photography. Great work as usual!
