Hello all,

It's been quite some time that I posted on this site. I've recently starting taking taking pictures again and need some critiquing to get back in the game! These images were taken at a birthday party a few weeks ago.

Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated.

I believe they are cool "lifestyle" shots.
Just watch your DOF when shooting, know it is tough at times as we are trying to just get a shot and kids are tough to shoot at times.

THanks Joe. Besides #2 are there some that the DOF seems off? The more I look at #2 the more I believe it's just OOF ;-)

I think these are really nice, especially like the last one.
Not such a fan of 3, just looks really awkward to me, but then I guess it wasn't posed so you couldn't help that.

#2 I really like the expression caught, but the composition seems a bit distracting... I can't help but notice the crooked candle on the left
#4 LOVE this one. great composition espec. with the striped straws. The little girl looks mischievious like whoa which adds a lot to the pic.:thumbup:
