I wonder if each Wendy's is a franchise that can serve whatever it wants.

Hmm, that's an interesting idea...what if one owner decided he want to serve tacos or something?

This doesn't have anything to do with the food they serve, but there is a McDonald's - I think it's on I-75 in Florida - that is decorated like a diner out of the 50's. It's pretty neat. I wonder if they can all decorate however they want.
