I like the portrait, good light and use of dof. What does jump at me though is that he's offset and that feels awkward.

I like the lighting, but I'm NOT a fan of the DoF here. Call me a traditionalist or a stick-in-the-mud, but I like a portrait to have the face all in focus...

I like the lighting and the moodiness. I feel that a curves adjustment would really improve this shot a lot by adding just a touch of contrast.
