oh wow....:meh:
The judgement might have been right (I don't know), but for none of the reasons given. The whole thing went way off track and and really proved nothing except Joe Brown fancies himself a qualified photography critic.

What I got out of this video was a background of Judge's photography experience.
Granted, the photog had a BAD attitude, she was barely allowed 2 words, I'd have probably been annoyed, too.
I think the bottom line is the prints could have been better if they didn't come from Walmart. I wouldn't have expected much better for $1300 as far as a technical aspect. I'd be curious to see the portfolio of this photog.
*shrug* I don't know who should have won this or whatever, but I feel like the photog wasn't even given a chance. Neither the plaintiff or the defendant got to speak their part as much as they should. Why can't someone do professional photos with an Xti?
That's basically what I got from the judge. Extremely biased opinions on the equipment and the photog. So now the brides walking away with more money than she was asking for? Isn't this the kind of things people report to the bar?
Doesn't really matter, the photog does not pay the damages out of pocket, the show does. Those in the show are asked to drop their actual lawsuits to settle it on the show. The judgement is taken out of what the loser is being paid to be on the show ie. if the photog was being paid $5000 to be on the show they walked away with $2500.
In this way the "judge" can be as biased as the viewers can stand.
