I have registered to this forum to seek help.
I am quite new to Russian lenses. They are beautifully build but also VERY old sometimes.

I am currently looking for a tutorial for disassembling the lens in subject.
Mine need I guess a good cleaning and lubrication.

Any tip or reference to sources is very welcome.

Have you tried googling the name of the lens plus "repair" or "cleaning"?

You may find better results at the APUG or Manual Focus Lens forums.
