Just a couple from today's zoo walk - testing the new Sigma F/2.8 70-200mm

Just a couple of images from my zoo walk today, taken with the new Sigma F/2.8 70-200 mm OS:

Eyes look a little soft in the first one, could just be how I am seeing it on my laptop. Love that second one, sharp and love how it is a bit underexposed to bring out the eyes and make his front the focal point.

Thanks JT - good call on the eyes - I'd actually masked them in a different layer and removed some of the shadows which is why they probably look soft, I'll see about redoing it and sharpening that layer a tad so they match up properly.

Interesting. Actually both were post processed, and on the first photo it was Lightroom that actually selected the white balance since I selected auto white balance in LR. Hmm.. have to take a second look I think.
