Just a couple of birds

I washed the one out really bad with a 400 ISO my bad I had just stepped out and there he was. THe other two are sort of okay.

I like the second one, the bird is in a good spot compositionally (rule of thirds, etc), in focus and lighted well (including the catchlight in it's eye). Nicely done!

The first one is "meh" due to exposure as you said, but I do like the colours in it. The last one is not bad, but weaker than the 2nd shot because of the leaves (distracting element).

1st photo- Not a big fan of the background, exposure as you said.

2nd photo- Very nice photo, as BlackSheep said, Rule of thirds

3rd photo- Same as the second
