Hands seem reasonably sized, but I do see a magenta cast. He looks like he was realllllllllllllllllly happy to be there!

He's got his bad-a$$ high school dude look goin' on. lol (WHY do boys his age DO that???) I like the fall foliage background. Nice rim lighting on the straw hat, and his face is good and clearly visible. And yes, the hands are a little bit too magenta.

Panblue-hell if I know. I buy my jeans praying I won't develop holes in them. Kids buy them with "artfully" placed holes. Go figure.

I have GOT to fix that magenta cast. It's killing me.

I agree about the magenta cast, although I'm not sure I would have really noticed it you hadn't pointed it out. I think his hands might look a *little* bit big just because we're seeing them kind of "full on" instead of angled a little. But again, I'd never have given it a second thought if you hadn't pointed it out. Granted, I was a little distracted by how the REST of him looks. I'd like to order a slightly older version of that, please! (okay, probably quite a bit older...)

Thanks, Sharon! That's my baby. My intention was to get portraits of all 3 that are living at home (Tommie, this one and our daughter...) I got this one. That was it.

Here's another one now that I have a second to sit down! This one I didn't pay attention to the angle on the shed enough and it looks like crap because it's not level at the base line.
He's also got REALLY white skin, but around his eyes he's got quite a bit of red. What do I do with that???
