I absolutely love this shot! My favourite is the black and white edit, this photo is just so rich with story-telling and the atmosphere is captured so well, it's one of those photos that captures an amazing moment of life in full out A+ photojournalistic feel. This was a C-section, definitely a controlled mess. Even at the second time around it was frightening.

He he! The old brain still works. Went through 2 naturals with SWMBO and saw my daughter's 2nd C section on video so I recognised the difference.
