I like the slow shutter speed of the second one, it helps with the overall gloominess I get from the picture. Although I find the bokeh from the string lights on the fence a little distracting, maybe try for a smaller f/stop to drop that DoF down?

Thank you for the feedback, yes I had a tough time trying to work around that but that you for the input i'll definately try it out.
