Beautiful child. Very interesting hair growth. I think you are loosing the right side into the shadow caused by your flash. A reflector placed more-or-less opposite of your main light would help IMO.

I'm not sure if you are aware, but the watermark really hurts this image. Consider reducing its size and locate it in one of the lower corners.

After the first few seconds, I was able to ignore the watermark, and become lost in the image for a while. I think the same thing would happen if it was hanging on a wall somewhere.

I can not offer much in critique other than saying I really like it.
