Kim Holterman's Photography Style

I have been a fan of Kim Holtermand's works for a while now and I have always wanted to simulate that hazy, dreamy, and washed-out style he has as well his techniques on manipulating the sky. What do you guys and girls think? Do you think all of his photos are just heavily photoshopped? Any help would be great.

It's image editing, but not heavy image editing.

I think some of the Matt's Killer Lightroom Presets, like Matt's Vintage Style, Hawaii Five-O, Twilight (light,medium,and dark), and a couple other of his free presets could have you emulating that photog's images in mere minutes. Start with very simple, clinical, straightforward images, and then subtly stamp them with effects presets.

I also can see a touch of dark gradient at the corners of the pic. That effect is easily done in photoshop.
