I found 10 rolls of really old (20 years) 200 speed(9 rolls) and 400 speed(1 roll) Kodak Ektachrome film. I have no idea how it was stored by the original owner, but I do know the thrift shop I got it at did not refrigerate it, so I haven't either. I have loaded one roll of the 200 into my Canon A2, and I'm just wondering what I'm going to get in the way of any keepers when I finish shooting it.
My other concern is where to get it developed. I guess I could go through Wally-World's send out service, but I think it takes about 2 weeks total from pick up to return, and I'm not sure what it's going to cost. :er:
I've never shot slide film so this is going to be interesting.
Is there anything I need to do to perhaps improve my chances for good shots? Other than new film.
Thanks, Ed
