Kool has a photographic form of an Afro Blowout. However, I really like his male curtsy at the end of the show.

Haha, these are great! Appropriately titled thread too! Looks like the birds in the 2nd pic were in feeding mode and about to "get down on it." OK, I'll show myself out...

Nice shots, I like the second one - sort of a group photo. I think that you will find that the first one is a Snowy Egret like those in #2. Great Egrets have yellow bills.

Thank you WeternGuy and you are absolutely correct. I need to pay attention. The Egrets are easy because of the bills and feet. By the way, I love the Snowy Egret feet!

Great shots. I like the group shot. I was at Bolsa Chica Wetlands today but only find Egret by himself not a group like your pix. Good stuffs.

Thank you. We were there for the second time today. There is an area not far from the North entrance/parking area that they have congregated in both times we were there.

I see. The area looks quite big. I will need to make some time to explore. I was hoping to catch some in flight shots but they were too busy feeding. Thanks.
