KPop Music Show Production

Obviously I clicked on this link because I was hoping for some insight into "camera work" from a camera operator's point of view on these shows, and really, it is not about that, but rather it is about how the shows productions are organized, from the viewpoint of performers. After I thought about it, it does cover some important ideas about how to organize a production, so I'm posting it here:
