Key light directly above at 1/2 power. Fill both left and right at 1/4 power.

That is great! Maybe just a little more separation from the background?

I second what tirediron said. Cute photo! Perhaps shooting more like f/5.6 or so might have given that little bit of background blur to separate her a tad. I might also try cloning out the reflections in the glasses and see what it looks like?

Nicely posed ... but the lighting isn't 'sinister' enough. Darker, shadows, clone out the lights in the glasses ... have her coming out of darkness.
