Okay so I am very confused about L-brackets. I have done alot of research on this, and all I can find information about is L-brackets to fit your camera. But what about your tripod? I don't have a very fancy or expensive tripod, it's a Opteka 70" and I don't think the RRS bracket I have been looking at for my Nikon D70 will fit on it. The reason I am looking for an L-bracket is because it seems to be a bit sturdier than the quick-release plate on my tripod, and also I was at a photo seminar a few months ago and they recommended using them.
