Very nice I like number 1 the most but all of them are very nice.

I agree, very nice indeed. I see a floating branch in #1 and something extra surrounds the tops of the 2 main snags in #2. Other than that, beautiful work.

I agree. The plant growth in the foregrounds detract from the picture a bit and seem to drawn the eye away from the subject. Unfortunately, I couldn't wade out any further and I was using a wide angle prime lens so there was no zoom. It was the best I could do with things being as they were. I think I am going to reprocess the photos to clean up a few details but other than that I think I am happy with them.

I for one like the prickly texture of the shrubs/plant stuff in the FG. #1 wins it for me, but I would kill that remaining floating branch leftover. There's a dead, post-apocolyptic nuclear-winter vibe I'm getting here, but also very serene.

Were these timed exposures?

Thanks for the replies folks. I can't wait to get back to this location soon. I found a natural land arch on the banks of the lake and will hopefully be able to use it as the foreground for a milky way shot soon.

Sorry Thomas, I just saw your question.
Yes, they are timed. Anywhere between 1:30 to 2:30 depending on the ambient light at the time. I was using a 10 stop ND filter.

#3 has the most harmonious composition. With a little cleanup like this, hope you don't mind the edit,

distractions are gone, picture more pleasant. IMHO.
