The shot is nice, nevertheless I prefer to give only one third to the lake and two to the sky in shots like this. The horizon is not in a good position in my opinion like you did

I have some others with more of the sky and a lower angle on the lake, strict ROT's, but for this one I wanted to get the passing boat a little bit further into the scene. I still tried to keep the horizon out of dead center though.

I also would have liked to place the boat a little more to the left, but had I moved the composition to the right any further I would have had trees in the right hand corner. Guess I missed the more ideal shot by a second or two :/

I would have cropped some of the foreground off. Nice capture though.
