What's your favorite non L glass to put on your camera for landscape photography? And what camera do you use or prefer for landscape photos?

When you say "non-L" ... you are talking to Canon users.

Are you specifically asking Canon camera users for lens suggestions ?

The 50mm f/1.4 is a good lens, so is the 85mm f/1.8, and i've heard good things about the 28mm f/1.8.

Assuming you're shooting FF, 50mm is actually quite useful.

Sorry, wasn't very clear. A landscape lens to go with a canon 60d.

I was actually thinking of getting the 50mm 1.4, it's a very diverse lens.

The 50 1.4 is a great lens, but hard for landscapes.
For non-L glass, Id go with the Tamron 10-24 or the Sigma 10-20.
I own the Tamron and I can vouch for it, I like it alot.

What makes this 50mm a hard lens for landscapes?

Tokina 11-16mm F/2.8! Brilliant lens. Kind of specialized, but a WONDERFUL lens. the Sigma 10-20 has quite a bit of distortion at the lower end.
