laptop question..pen

I got a Toshiba laptop that folds over to a tablet. It is powered by windows 10. Is there a fine point pen to use on it with lightroom and photo shop (similar to a wacom tablet). The pen I have from my iPad does not work fully due to "click" availability.

Any models or recommendations is appreciated.
